I am incredibly thankful for Brittney McCann! My home selling process was made doable by her and her encouragement through the daunting process of selling my deceased Aunt’s home in New Mexico. This was not an “easy” sell type of situation. There were significant complications for me selling this house, especially since I live in Arizona – and the added complications of filing with the courts for an eviction, getting the property ready to sell, and finding a buyer --- she was my cheerleader, my sounding board and at times my “go-to” person to get the best local vendor for repairs in Alamogordo! At each step of the home prep and selling process, she was encouraging and supportive; committed to me and the selling of the property. She went above and beyond, and out of her way to get me the resources that I needed. And she was even able to be at the house herself as my representative to have some of the utilities turned back on! Brittany was amazing while assisting me, giving me updates, checking on the property and helping me find the right buyer for the home. She gave me insights into selling, what things had to be done to the house to get it to be “ready” for listing. She was so very patient while I had to wade into the court system to learn about New Mexico eviction law and was ready with helpful assistance when I needed a process server locally! Again, she went above and beyond! I found her totally dedicated, professional and knowledgeable about selling my less than perfect home in a small town.
